I've been on Azurette for about 5 months now and I started to notice effects the second month in. I've gained about 5 pounds, my acne has improved, my mood swings improved as well. I think all these women who are saying they had horrible side effects may not realize something - you have to take this at the EXACT same time every day. This drug is effective and very easy to use, but it is HORRIBLE!! I have never been so moody or sick in my life!! I have been taking this pill for about 4-5 months. I figured the whole moody thing would subside after the fist month, once my body got used to it, boy was I wrong! After going on a bc hiatus for 2 years, I had developed severe acne on my face and back especially. When I started taking azurette, I did get really bad mood swings, was more angry than usual, had breast tenderness, but after about a month or so, all the pesky side effects of the pill wore off.
