I have chronic low back pain from an army injury. I have been to pain management and have tried everthing from vicodin to methadone. Endocet 10/325 has worked best. There is enough oxycodone to control my pain, and I only take 1 tab three times a day. Plus there is less acetmetaphen(sp?) I would highly reccomend anyone with chronic pain to try it.

I experienced very little, if any, relief from jaw pain on this medication.

When I took it for the first few days, it worked great. However, I believe the symtoms of my very painful back pain that generates painful as well is breaking though the Enocet. I was on Oxycodene 15mg along with a long lasting Oxycontin 40mg, this long lasting was of no help.!!!! The Oxycodene 15mg it helped some, but I still had on a scale of one to ten that the pain was relieved about a 5-6. My PCP asked me do I want to stay with Oxycodene, or something else. I picked Enocet 10/325, but as of this writing the pain is still breaking through. Since I already have a month's supply, can the Doctor write another RX for Oxycodene 30-40 mg QID, and return the unused (*Pain Management (I don't like them in general)protion to him and write me a new Script for Oxycodene.? I believe so? since a different drug and need a sroner pain killer.?Read More Read Less

All I can say about this stupid drug is that after 6 years of taking Lortabs without issue for back pain, my husband's pain management doctor and I use the term 'doctor' without much confidence, put him on Endocet, he died the next day from it. He was barely 50 years old. Do as you like but no one I care about will EVER take this crap again, no one, no way, no how!!!

Each time I have taken this medicine for pain, I have had a slight itchy reaction that has steadily worsened. As of Monday, 5/28/12, I had to take Benadryl to counteract the itching and will not take any meds containing those in Endocet any longer.

I was prescribed the 7.5/325 endocet.works well for first couple hours then nothing. side effects are awful, alot of itching, and after taking 2 to 3 tabs, makes my stomach feel upset, and makes it feel like it is on fire, especially the next day,not only does my stomach burn there is the problem of diareah. I was given this med after taking lorcet 10/650 for a couple years for degenerative disk disease, herniated disks, and severe knee pain from arthritis. I would much rather have the lorcet. my dr.wanted to try me out on these a couple weeks to see if they would help better with the chronic pain. I am going go back to my old meds, work much better without all the side effectsRead More Read Less

Use for chronic pain for degenerative disc disease & arthritis in knees. This is a wonderful pain reliever for my symptoms. It does at times cause itching, but can deal with the itching.
