I have chronic low back pain from an army injury. I have been to pain management and have tried everthing from vicodin to methadone. Endocet 10/325 has worked best. There is enough oxycodone to control my pain, and I only take 1 tab three times a day. Plus there is less acetmetaphen(sp?) I would highly reccomend anyone with chronic pain to try it.

I experienced very little, if any, relief from jaw pain on this medication.

Took for severe menstrual cramps. Must take a 1/2 pill 30 minutes after a full meal has settled in my system, otherwise nausea occurs.

I have only had to use 1/2 the dose prescribed to me due to it's lasting effect on me personally. It manages the pain from my surgery quite well as long as I pay close attention to my body and take it before the pain gets bad. Once I feel a certain level ( I rate my pain) then I take it. By doing this, I do not use anywhere near what is actually prescribed.

I have been on endocet 7.5/325 for about 5 months now. Not all that satisfied with pain relief. I only take it when my knee pain is unbearable. Takes a while to really work.

Taking Endocet 7.5/325 for chronic pain from Radiculopathy. Causes me to itch from time to time, my only complaint. I prefer Oxycodone to Endocet though for better pain control.

Only thing that keeps me moving at all during the day, and helps me get any rest at all at night. (Using 7.5/325, 4x daily) A bit slow to initially take effect, relief peaks at about the 2-hr. mark, but still MUCH-better than "standard"-NSAID's, by-far. I myself have had NO-problem with addiction, although admittedly I prefer it 10-to-1 over "just"-acetaminophen, to manage severe-chronic arthritis. A shame this drug has such a negative-public "stigma" to overcome, because it's effective, simple to take, and safe, when used as directed... Read More Read Less

This is a fairly strong drug available in 2 strengths. The 5/325 is okay for pain that is from a fall or cramps and you will not be taking it for more than a few days. However, for Fibro, chronic nerve pain, and pain that is caused by diseased discs, the 10/650 is better, much better at relieving chronic.

I use this medicine (7.5 mg) to relieve the pain of calcification in my left hip, along with a muscle relaxer. I have been very happy with the results. I can walk without limping, and it works fine. Good pain med.
