Medicine helped right away, within the first couple of days. Fewer nightime visits to bathroom. But, side-effects are close to intolerable...nasal stuffiness most of the day, headache and mild dizziness, stomach ache, and loss of ejaculation. Will ask doctor to cut dosage or change med.
