i am 48 years old i have enlarged prostate. had bladder n prostate scoped as a precaution, negative on scope.doctor gave me rapaflow to try for one month.He then had me stop for 3 weeks.I then went back to him, and he asked me if there was a difference.i did not realize it at the time,but the medication made a big differance in my urination at night and also my flow is better.I also have the same ... I had been treated at VA hospitals with numerous meds. none helped incdluding FloMax types. VA gives out only generic meds, went to a local Dr. who said try Rapaflo-Hooray it worked went from 10-12 trips a night to 3-4. Cost is only drawback. For me it is very very expensive & for those of us on fixed incomes-the VA has nothing generic of this med, but I will stay on it as long as the pocketbo ... Show Full Comment

yes, it works great for the helping with the urination but it not very helpful when it comes to helping my wife out. no fun to have a natural carrying utensil and not being able to enjoy it. i thought Viagara and Cialis was supposed to that,at least you can enjoy it.

works well for what it is intended,stuffy nose,and no ejaculation is definitely a part of this drug.Better to urinate than not to ejaculate.What a problem
