I take nucynta for chronic severe back pain and diabetic neuropathy. I take the 100mg tablets. This medication has helped when other have failed it does an excellent job however one must be aware of the addiction problem that drugs like these present but with proper attention nucynta can be taken without worry.

It takes the edge off but dosen't aliviate the pain completely. I have had to increase my doses.

whatever you do, do not take nucynta 75 mg, with methadone, benecar, zanex, I've had what i thought was a life threatening reaction when taken with these. My chest hands & feet had a tingling kind of shock feeling, and that feeling was so intense, i felt a sense of dread come over me.
