After only 4 days of taking it I noticed a huge emotional difference. I began to be short tempered, very irritable, isolate myself and began with depression. I stuck it out for 3 weeks but couldn't handle it anymore so I switched to somet ... Show Full Comment

This is the worst birth control pill I have ever taken. I haven't found the perfect bc for me yet so my doctor tried me on this one. First of all i have never had ridiculous amounts of acne until this pill. Never had acne on my back until this pill..and it's not just one or two..it's a solid 25 pimples covering my back. My doctor for some reason switched me over from Reclipsen to Emoquette and my experience has been bad so far. I've had extremely bad headaches since I started taking it. The last week of the active pills was the worst! I had soreness in my breasts and my stomach was constantly churning and felt acidic. I also was getting cramps and none of this ever happened with Reclipsen. I'm asking my d ... Show Full Comment

I have been taking emoquette for approximately 4 months. Now remember, this review is based on how my body is reacting to it. The cons: I would get headaches for a week every time I started a fresh pack, gained weight (due to the fact that my appetite increased dramatically like I was eating for 2!)horrible breakouts, terrible water gain during periods and complete exhaustion every day just like ...
