Ive been on Viibryd for a few months now. I started with the trial pack and had gotten up to 40mg and started having many of the side effects I'm seeing from other reviewers like the horrible anxiety, nightmares, nausea, etc... Before Viibyrd I was using Effexor XR and I have to say that in less than 1 week I feel so much better than I ever have felt using Effexor. The only side effect I seem to experience is just a little diarrhea in the morning shortly after taking the pill, but then it quickly goes away and I'm fine. Began starter pack on 8/9/11. By week 4 extreme nightmares began. I've also 'caught' something out of the corner of my eye. Hearing noises. Woke up last night hearing my heart 'clacking' in my ears.
