I have countless food and environmental allergies which cause my nasal passages to swell and my skin to itch. I need a host of treatments all-year-round including regular allergy shots, singulair, and a nasal spray. Thank you Pennsylvania weather. I was sad to learn my insurance no longer covered Veramyst and sugggested Qnasl instead. I went on the Qnasl website and watched the short video show...
Easy to use, and that's all.. it made my nose runny all day, then my throat got sore and I got flu like symptoms. . Switched back to flonase and those symptoms went away. It was essentially like taking nothing.

I have had numerous food and environmental allergies for years. The majority of my symptoms are sinus related. Nasal sprays and pills have helped little to none and nothing has worked long term. My new ENT prescribed QNASL and it worked almost instantly. For the first time in months I was able to sleep through the night and have greatly diminished symptoms. This is the only medication I am using and I am 99% symptom free. The only downside is it is not covered by my insurance is is about $180.00 per month, but worth it for me. Read More Read Less

I have had allergies for 60 years and I came down with more lung problems a little over 2 years ago. My GP said I needed to see a ENT, so I did. I had surgery on my nose to be able to breath better, witch helped greatly. He suggested I use Qnasl. I have used this drug daily, along with my other medications and have not seen an improvement in my allergies, sinus or breathing or lungs. I have used other type products and none seem to help me.

I went on the Qnasl website and watched the short video showing me how to use the medication properly. This is not your typical nasal spray and I highly recommend checking out their website to educate yourself about its proper use. I take a deep breath, spray into one nostril, hold for 5 seconds and breath out. I repeat this technique for 2 sprays in each nostril taken before bed. It is a little time consuming. But my nasal passages are clear and there is no residual medicine running in the back of my throat. Now for the negative. I hate the packaging. It is very bulky. The plastic piece to insert in your nostril is very large, hard, and cumbursome. You are supposed to insert the piece and "turn" the spray away from your nasal cavity. Ugh, what a pain and uncomfortable. Overall, I suprisingly like this nasal spray and I can breath which is the most important aspect. There is a learning curve to its proper use. Good luck out there to all my fellow allergy sufferers. I hope you find relief.Read More Read Less

I suffered from recurring sinus polyps for years. Until being prescribed Qnasl, I was taking a high dosage taper of Prednisone for relief, which is not recommended, but I was desperate. Qnasl immediately relieved my congestion, and after 6 weeks of use, I had regained my taste and smell and have only had one sinus infection in almost 2 years now. I just wish my friends who are suffering in the UK and other countries could get access to it!

I was on Allegra D for years and wasn't finding relief. In as little as 2 days with Qnasl I was able to breathe normally and my sinus pressure disappeared. Best I've felt in many years!

NO MEDICATION WILL WORK IF IT ISN'T USED. QNASL IS EASY TO USE & DOESN'T HAVE ALL THE "YUK". ASSOCIATED W/ TRADITIONAL NOSE SPRAYS. TO TOP IT OFF IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE QUICKLY.

I have taken every sort of nose spray and decongestant there is! This spray is not only effective, but it doesn't drip into your throat like other wet sprays! Highly recommend asking your doctor about it!

I got severe headaches and nausea after using Qnasl. These are listed side effects but I would rather be stuffed up than have a headache and feeling like I need to vomit. Everyone reacts differently, but this drug did not work for me.

Worked pretty well, I had to take 2 sprays in each side of my nose, but I feel like I should have taken one at one time and then a second at another time instead of 2 sprays at one time.

I started getting allery shots and I am 56 yrs old. Before starting the shots I was given a sample of this product. It was amazing how well it worked on me. I only use it once a day though, not as often as the doctor said. It's different because it is not a liquid and you hold your breath and spray it - not breathe it in like a nasal spray. Cleared me up a lot compared to how I was.

After finishing 2 sprays a day for seven weeks, my nose has become very congested. I just used the netti pot to cleanse out the congestion. I used only plain water. The pain was so bad when I did this it hurt to the top of my head. I was given this medication because of allergy symptoms. I feel as if my inner nose tissue has been irritated to the point where it is causing extreme pain when I did as I just explained. I will never use this again.
