For constant back pain I have found this is the only one I can take and function day to day with minimal side effects.

took lortab after 2 different surgeries, and both times had excessive nausea and dizziness despite suggestions to minimize these side effects.

I have chronic knee pain and need to put off replacement at least 5 years. This medication is very helpful and well tolerated.

I had a total knee replacement done, I find thats this medication works pretty good, but takes about 1 hour took kick in. I agree, though, it is addictive and hard to get off of. I have tried cutting back and find that I am achy all over my body.

I was prescribed this medicine for pain during a kidney stone. It did little to relieve the pain and I had severe nasea, lite-headedness - like the flu without the fever. I also have an anxiety disorder and believe that this medicine has caused an increase in my anxiety. I would never take this medicine again.

I have been on this 7.5 for 2 years and have had very good results as long as i take it when i'm suppost to. should i miss a dose it takes time for it to help with the pain again. it in no way completely make me pain free but help a lot. the withdrawals are bad, you must cut back slowly. the only problem i have is about an hour after taking it i get a little drowsy if i'm not active and a little forgetful. no high feelings unless i have a saddle block and forget to cut back.

Works great but really addictive. Started taking for pain, then found myself taking them because they made me feel great overall. Was able to be "happy" during times of stress. Recently tried to stop and the withdrawals were agony. I experienced 7 days of physical torment....so I had to start taking them again, in doses enough to keep the withdrawals in check, but not enough to get high. I hate how much I now love this pill.

For me, Lortab works occasionally. When it does work it has my head in the clouds. I have 90% pain relief. The rest of the time it has minimal effect on my pain. (about 50% of the time) I have also noticed that whether it is effective or not it wears off in about 2 hours and disturbs my sleep.

Better than vicodin es because it has less acetaminophen and just as much hydrocodone, tolerances however develop quickly. for me within a week they weren't working well enough, within two they were not much more effective than over the counter..
