On month 4 and it has changed my life from 3 heavy pads/day to none. It takes time to reach peak efficacy.I take it alone (not combined with BP meds). Savings Card avail.online for $50 discount. I pay $20 per month. I have my dignity back.

Comment:
I've been taking this medication for 5 months. Took about three months to feel improvement. Went from feeling need to urinate every half hour to having to urinate 4 - 5 times a day. Only recent side effect is a sore back and joint soreness but this may be related to a hereditary issue of a bad lower back. Taking 50mg every morning at 6am.
