I am overseas and noticed I was constantly getting minor illnesses here and there and never fully healing. I started taking TruBiotics along with one a day multivitamin for assistance. It has worked and I am very pleased. My only complaint is the requirement to take with food. Seeing as I normally skip breakfast this was initially an issue for me but perhaps skipping breakfast was something else I needed to change to improve my health...

After using for a week - I had no change in BM , being normal anyway, but started to have bad cramps and bloating that cannot be from other food since I have not changed my diet.I have stoped taking Trubiotics and will not be trying anything else. Will stick with 1 Activa yogurt a day instead.

Upon the first dose, I started having severe abdomen cramping and pain that would not go away. I wasn't sure if it was this medicine or not, but after reading other reviews on other probiotics, I will not be taking any more.
