I am a 25-year-old Australian woman and we have Monistat 1 back in Australia. I have taken it twice before, and never had a problem - the cream actually soothed the itching right away! HOWEVER, this American treatment is nothing short of HORRIFIC. My genitals are burning, and I am mortified they allow this to be on the market! And I can say from experience a 1 day treatment certainly DOES NOT need ... Show Full Comment

I am up right now at 3 am in extreme amounts of pain and burning. I feel horrible, I took the product back to the store and the pharmacy told me that "if it didn't work, than maybe I don't have a yeast infection" that is total BS this product needs to be recalled. I decided to try the 1-day instead of calling for a prescription from my dr. BIG mistake. I had a little itch from the YI that I really only noticed when I wiped. I put in the cream and boy did it get worst instead of better. Itching and burning kept me up for quite a while. When I woke up this morning and went to wipe I felt like I had been kicked "there". It hurts to touch it, hurts to ... Show Full Comment

I bought monistat 3 combination pack, and the first application was torture. There was excess burning and itching once the product was inserted. I couldn't sleep. However, by the third night, the burning had ceased, and the itching decreased. This product has put me at ease. Im on day 4 and i feel like myself again, I will continue to use the external cream till day 7. The external cream also ... Show Full Comment
