This is the worst nausea medication I have ever taken. Burned my throat going down. Made me vomit worse. Left me with a bad headache. I was trying to get better and this medicine only made things worse.

I have chemo by subcutaneous injection for five sucessive days each month. I have had no side effects from this drug, and the only time I got nauseous from the chemo was one month when I forgot to take it. Draw vyour own conclusions. Either the chemo is miold, or this drug works.

This medication made me throw up violently.

Causes severe case of hives!!

I'm almost 6 weeks along, kept having to go to ER for excessive dehydration and vomiting. Doctor prescribed these to me and it has done wonders! Only downer is I feel the constipation bad at times and have had some excessive diarrhea.

i was given this med for profuse, constant,throw up for 4 hours non stop.was comatose it was so sever.i could not speak or move.

May cause headache, but avoids the vomiting.

I used this drug after radiation. I had used previously with chemo. It worked great with the nausea from chemo also.

My 10 yr old son has suffered from Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome since the age of 4. Nothing helped him during his episodes. His vomiting lasted anywhere from 1-5 days at a time. Last year he was referred to a pediatric gastroenterologist who prescribed this medication. It has been a lifesaver! He has missed the least amount of school this year since he started kindergarten. When he has an episode now it lasts no more than one day, most of the time he only vomits once, takes the medication and the episode is over!Read More Read Less

The taste of this pill makes me gag... almost wish I could vomit just to get the taste out of my mouth!

I am 16 weeks (4 mths) pregnant. I have 3 other kids and never had morning sickness but this time around I have been non stop vomiting frm the time i found out i was pg 6 weeks up until now 4 months pg. I still havent kicked the m/s but this medication has def made a big difference. I couldnt eat or drink anything, couldnt even stand the smell of food period which made it very difficult considering I have a family to cook for. I highly recommend this medication. I do get headaches often but dont know if its due to the medication but I will take a slight headache any day over constant vomiting. I have been plagued with M/S for 4 weeks and it got so bad I could not cook for myself or my family. I couldn't even drink anything. First dose and 20 minutes later...I felt like myself again!!!

This medicine left a HORRIBLE after taste in my mouth that was VERY HARD to get rid of. It tasted like someone had sprayed perfume in my mouth and actually made the nausea and vomiting ten times worse.

I have a problem with my kidneys that causes extreme nausea and vomiting. I had to take my first dose with water right after vomiting one time; it was the only way I could keep it down. I would recommend to take this the way it is prescribed: let it dissolve on your tongue. I had to take it that certain way before and it gave me a nasty headache - but the headache is still better than laying on the bathroom floor with my head in the toilet.

I've used and found this medication to be effective in relieving nausea and vomiting. I had no side effects and would use it again. I used the lingual dose and that seems lots more logical than swallowing just about anything when you're nauseated or vomiting.

I am a little over 7 weeks pregnant and I have had bad problems with nausea. This prescription has helped me tremendously with the nausea, but it has given me constipation. At first I thought it may be my prenatal vitamins, but I read the side affects and sure enough it stated constipation. I'm just thankful that now I can make it to work on time!

This does help some of my nausea but taking it is a pain it tastes super sweet making me feel like gagging. I have to say it is not a miracle drug or anything i still feel sick but it does help at least a little.
