I have been on many meds but none of them worked, except for this one, my husband noticed immediate results, and I have too, the only bad thing is the side effects, nausea, stomach pains, go from sweating to chills, other than all that which I hope will fade away , its awesome.

I started taking this medicine because I also take an antianxiety med and just never felt "happy". My doc suggested this. I feel like a whole new person. Singing in the car again, and laughing a lot. I do take it at night because when I took it in the morning it made me very sleepy. I am so glad I tried this and hate it is so expensive as it should be available to all who are in need. Happier people would lead to less other diseases in life I feel like...…….

I have been on this medication a week now, I went off of abilify and on Vraylar. I really like it, I feel clear minded. I was prescribed it to treat my mixed episodes and it kind of pulled me right out of it. The only thing is that I feel restless, I keep wanting to pace around or be moving.

In under three months, this medication made my husband more paranoid and delusional than he’d been in his 52 years. Despite my pleas to stop the medication and requests for hospitalization - the doctors insisted on a full trial. On 3.17.2018, my husband took his life. Vraylar is a dangerous drug.

This medication is way overpriced it's ridiculous. The FDA should look into price gouging. Good luck trying to find an insurance provider that's willing to cover it. With that being said, it is pretty effective. One of my family members tried multiple different medications for their bipolar and ever since they went on Vraylar there hasn't been a case of mania in over a year. They do still have trouble sleeping though and get depressed so it's by far perfect, but its the most effective one for preventing mania that I've witnessed as a caregiver.Read More Read Less

The medication helped moderate my depression alongside my antidepressant. However, I do have problems sleeping. I've also gained 15 lbs since I started taking it in July. I'm attempting to jumpstart my metabolism and edit my food intake. I've stopped it twice for 2 weeks (because of weight gain) and the effects were noticeable with mood to negative effect. It also helps me regulate my moods too.

Am living on samples of the drug but it works well and very quickly

My mania has been out of control. The doctor reduced the medication 1.5 every other day. The medication was ineffective and dosage was so minimal that I had to go to a program to get stabilized

I took this medication for 6 weeks. I couldnt sleep from the beginning and was up at 4 AM every morning with 5 hours sleep. My mind was racing and my mania was out of control. I gained weight (15 lbs) and had constipation. I got off of it 3 days ago and feel normal again.

I have Schizoaffective Disorder. My mood has been level and my delusions and hallucinations have been reduced by 33 percent. My vision is sometimes blurry and my hands shake. Overall I feel better with this medicine.

I have blurred vision and I am very shaky which I didn't have these problems prior to taking this medication. I also very tired in the mornings, but will wake up by late afternoon. I take the medication in the morning.

Worked wonderfully for the bipolar symptoms but made my mind race uncontrollably. Could not sleep at all.

I've always been mixed, rapid cycling mess. Now I feel like this has given me back something that other psych meds had taken away. Like I used to be hollow and now I'm not.

I have been on this a week and I already see a great improvement. The only problem I see right now is blurred vision, however I think I need new glasses. Great medication.

vraylar started working for me within the first week of being on it. improved my mood and felt positive about everything in general. have been taking it for about a month and it has helped more than anything i have taken. have not noticed any side affects either. i also have more energy and actually WANT to go to the gym.
