It was suggested by a diabetic nurse that I shouldn't be taking these pills, not good for me in the long run.

It works well for me.Maintains blood sugar below 150 with proper diet to control diabetes type2

It helps keep my sugars down better then any other drug out there!

This is good with this medicine, but it is true that pioglitazone is banded drug?

seems to be controlling blood sugar levels

Up to now the only symptom is a feeling of Nausea after about 2 hrs of taking the drug

thought all was ok until i read report that stated use of pioglitazone for more than 2 years or exceeding 28000 mg results in83% higher risk for bladder cancer-- now i hear it has fda warning attached--any suggestions?

So, far this medicaton has worked well for me.

I've been on Actos for 2 months. My sugar level dropped to norm within 4 days. No side effects so far.

have gained 50lbs since starting, and retaining water like crazy. i take off my socks an there is a one inch to one1/4 inch differeence between my ankle an calf.

my feet are swelling so bad

My sugers are very good now, but i have a lot of angzity and dont know if this is from this drug? Is this a problum for anyone?

I have taken this med for over a year in various forms and dosages. I have gained 50 lbs, have back and leg pain, shortness of breath and increased tiredness. I informed my doctor today that I was discontinuing its use. I’ll return to update this post in a few months.
