I am taking this medication for fybromyalgia pain, and for associated sleep problems. Over about a year, I worked up to 40mg a day (taken at night). I've now started to take 50mg a day. Early on, last year, I had dry mouth and was sleepy. Constipation has been an ongoing issue, but is easily addressed with a daily dose of fiber supplements. This drug was prescribed for pain. Dose started at 1 pill at bed time. The only side effect I noticed was sleepiness within an hour after taking the dose, and upon waking, I had no head pain. 25mg per day for 6 months.
Month 7, the dose was increased to 50mg per day. Side effect of sleepiness increased as result, and minor constipation was noticed. I have no headaches upon waking in the morning

It takes most of my pain away.I took 25mg for three years.My pain started to get worse so I took 40mg. Now my breast have enlarged alot they look like a woman.I am a man.If i stop I cant stand the pain'but if I keep takeing them Idon't know how big they will get. Am I the only one this has happened to.
