I love it! I had it inserted when my youngest was 7 wks old. I havent had a period on over a year aside from some minor spotting. my only problem has been that the threads go MIA on occasion, i can feel them, but they just poke out of my cervix. my husband loves it as well.

I had it placed in about 2 yrs ago and i love it. There is no monthly birth control bills or remembering to take you pill. It really works. But each person must see if the good outweights the bad. I cramp every month about a week before my cycle and during, sometimes its worst some months than others. I once felt like i was in labor. I had mine inserted March of 2006 and have been having headaches ever since. I did not have periods only little spotting every once in a while. I loved it except the headaches. My OBGYN says that there is no way it could be the IUD. However, I've been to every other doctor and they believe it is the IUD. So I had it taken out yesterday. My doctor suggested this b/c of endometriosis, and my inability to remember to take the pill. I was tired of forgetting and worrying about getting pregnant. Putting it in was nothing. I had already had 2 children and I guess my cervix was ok with it. No pain whatsoever, no dizziness, no cramping. I did have moderate cramping for a few days afterward.
