I use the generic in vials. I inject with an insulin syringe. Don't like the auto injector and the pills and spray make me vomit. The injection works great and fast- relief in 5 to 30 minutes.

Didn't really get rid of my pain but my head didn't get any worse either? Left me feeling awful for more than a couple hours. Felt sick to my stomach, hot, flushed, chest was heavy, some pain in neck and jaw and basically miserable and uncomfortable, not sure if the feeling after the shot is worth it or not, but I will try it again next time I feel an attack coming on.
