I have been on this medication for about 3 years for migraines. My doctor tried multiple medication before starting me on this. All of the triptan drugs for migraines only raised my blood pressure to dangerous levels. I take Norco 1 four times per day and it has really helped to keep them at bay. I have been taking this class of drugs for back pain for around 7 years. I took it the first 4 years or so on and off and suffered greatly on a daily basis until; I was able to get a prescription on a regular basis through a pain management center. I am able to at least do my daily activities and work with some level of relief and confidence that if it really starts to hurt worse on a given day th ... Show Full Comment

I suffer from osteoarthritis of spine, hips, and two injuries one to my shoulder,one my upper /lower back. Without this great pain relief, my pain would be too great to sustain working, so has been a godsend in my case.I,m in my fifties,divorced,single,need to work quite a while longer. My job requires lot of repetitive movements, much standing for 8 hrs. a day, so take meds at lunch,get relief in about 45 minutes,I keep on regular schedule. it is true that you take regularly, don't wait till you are in immense pain, not worth it.This pain reliever is excellent for my moderate to severe pain. For me, it has not become addictive, because I value living my life, to be the best I can be even with my crosses to bear.Has not interfered with my meds Lithium/Lamictal for my Bi- Polar condition either.
