this was prescribed for a leg injury -- however, I have taken it twice now for migraine and it works better than the codeine I was prescribed for my head. I definitely cannot drive or do complex tasks after taking a full dose, however.

I've been taking vicodin off and on for the past year. It definitely helps with the pain. However, I can't help the feeling of sadness or solitude. I have mood swings. Not severe, but teetering between the feeling of being content to the feeling of depression. I wish it didnt make me feel sad, this is the best medication I've ever taken for my back pain.
