I have been a smoker for almost 35 years. One day my daughter says momma you really stink can you please stop smoking. So I tried the patch. At first it was very hard the cravings were the worst. I made it though. I have been smoke free now for 40 days and it feels great. I still have small cravings but i close my eyes and see my daughters face.

The 2nd time, I was smoke free for 3 years. I am now using the product again for the 3rd time. In fact, it is much easier this time. The bottom line is that you are better off wearing a patch than smoking anyway. This helps gre ... Show Full Comment
