this web site is the most useless I've ever seen or used. I came here for side effects & so far have not been able to locate them

I AM ON THE 7MG PATCH BUT DECIDED TO USE IT FOR A LONGER. SOMETIMES I LEAAVE IT ON FOR 2 OR 3 DAYS. IT IS PROBABLY INACTIV MORE PHYSIOLOGICAL STILL IT WORKS FOR ME

Day 9, few cravings, started on stage 2, i am a closet smoker, smoked 5-7 a day but hated the smell and everything assosiated with ciggs. Does cause sleeplessness even though i take it off two hours before bed. I have smoked since a teenager but cut way back the last few years. I am really praying this works permanently

The first box went great! 2nd box Id get a rash on every location, but it works for me so I toughed it out in hopes it was just that box....3rd box Im on the 2nd patch and it's still the same unbearable itchy rash.....so disappointed, as this product works for me other than the itching.....must have developed an allergy to the adhesive.....now what do I do? I can't smoke and I can't just stop the patch.....I guess my options are call the 800 number or talk to the pharmacist....

It seems to work. It is willpower also with the habit part. I am still on level 1. So far so good, no problems.

No way I could have done it without this. I did cheat and use a hypnosis CD when I go to sleep and an e-cig with the no-nicotine cratridges, but all in all, the patch was the reason I've been smoke-free for 6 weeks!

I am now on day 51. I was a pack and one-half per day smoker for about 45 years. I chose the patch because I feared getting sick if I smoked and had the patch on. I feel so much better. Would highly recommend!

As soon as I used Nicoderm, I felt nauseous, headachy and had tingling in my arm. I decided to take it off and immediately felt better. I started with Step 2 because I smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day so I was pretty disappointed. I wonder if I can just use Step 3? Maybe I got nicotine overdose. I really want to use the patch because I have heard great things about it.

Made a promise to my children that I would quit smoking for them. Instead of buying smokes, picked up the patch and it has been working well. It irritates my skin sometimes, but I'm sure it's nothing compared to the damage smoking does, so I won't complain. I'm confident with the patch I will quit, and to my surprise I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to quit. I wish I had tried these sooner!

im constantly deaing with muscle tension since i started using these patches and i cant even find out if its a side effect or not and its scaring me and no one wil tell me anything if they do say something they keep telling me that its withdrawl from smoking but i read about it and there not on here its getting rediculous and im tired of dealing with these symptoms and no one saying anythign

I have been a smoker for almost 35 years. One day my daughter says momma you really stink can you please stop smoking. So I tried the patch. At first it was very hard the cravings were the worst. I made it though. I have been smoke free now for 40 days and it feels great. I still have small cravings but i close my eyes and see my daughters face.

Thank you so much for this product. I was able to break the habit before dealing with the nicotine addiction. I am 52 and have been smoking since I was a teenager. I have been smoke free now 39 weeks. The program helped.

I have used this product 3 separate times in my life. I have been an on/off smoker for around 18 years. The fist time I used the product I was smoke free for a year. The 2nd time, I was smoke free for 3 years. I am now using the product again for the 3rd time. In fact, it is much easier this time. The bottom line is that you are better off wearing a patch than smoking anyway. This helps greatly with the mental addiction of the habit. The nicotine addiction is different when you no longer associate it with physically smoking. I can't say that it is 100% perfect as I have used it multiple times now and have eventually started smoking again...but I think this will be the last time. I lasted for 3 years the previous and have only relapsed for about 2 years..shouldn't be so bad. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to quit. It will definitely make it easier. Just keep in mind that it is all about the long haul and this product allows you to slowly ween off the habit in both ways.Read More Read Less

I am only on day 3 and have had some pain in my arm from the placement of the patch. My stomach gets upset at times. I have had a very hard time getting to sleep and I remove the patch about an hour before bed. Still I feel better and can already breath better and I no longer smell like an ashtray.

I've been on the 21mg patch for a week and it really seems to be working. It is one week today, but yesterday I began to feel sick to my stomach, headache and numbness/coldness in my right arm. I did not put the patch on today to see if it subsides, so far, still feel sick. I also take a multi-vitamin, calcium and Wellbrutrin daily. Could this be contributing to my feeling this way. I still don't have an urge to smoke even without the patch. Any advice????

long time smoker. used patch for about 3 hours. got a burning sensation in my arm and itchy. pain in the arm. took the patch off and it has been off for several hours and it stills burns and i still have pain in the arm.
