i have been using this for a month now,& to my surprise have only craved cigarettes a couple times,but haven't touched one,i can already tell a big difference in the way i feel and breath..

I've been using the patch for about 2.5 weeks and it definitely helped with my urges, but now I'm getting moodier, irritable and having trouble sleeping (I've had the vivid dreams from day one). Also at the beginning I was putting it on my upper arm and it irritated my skin leaving a patch of dry dark skin the shape of the patch on my arm and still hasn't gone away. I switched to m ... I applied the patch just prior to boarding a flight to Korea. Approx 10 hours into the flight, I noticed my tongue was starting to swell. Within an hour, I could barely swallow. Fortunately, an English speaking doctor was aboard who administered an antihistamine (twice) which finally reduced the swelling of my tongue.
