when i 1st began taking it i was going to the gym about 4-5 times per week. i went from 354 to 289 in about 6 months. i was very pleased. i quit taking it and of course the weight came back, because i also quit going to the gym. i have recently began taking it again. i am currently at 325 i wanto to get down to about 200 with in the next year or so. but since i have started taking phentermine ... August of 07 I weighed 285. To date I am 216 and feel wonderful...physically and mentally. I am out of my wheelchair and walk at least 1000 steps each day...or more. My first few steps were very difficult but eac day I added a few more and now am walking fast and with ease. My doctor is very happy with my medical condition...no high blood pressure, diabetes much better, and out of the wheelcha ... Show Full Comment

i just took this medicine at 5 am and it is now 10 am and i am very hyper. it is hard for me to sit still. that is a very good thing because i always was very lazy and right now i probably would be sleeping. at the moment i weigh 203 lbs and i want to loose a total of 70 . i really hope this works. i haven't been hungry yet and i am going to excercise right after i finish class.

I've been taking the 37.5 pill once a day since beg of Oct 07. I have lost 26 pounds. I exercise about 3 hours a day, 5 times a week. It makes me feel jittery, unable to calm down, and worst of all makes me aggressive/angry for no reason at all. It gave me the kick I needed to get back into the gym but can't handle the side effects any longer. I'm going off of it. I'd rather be ... Show Full Comment

i have been on this medicine for 8 days and have lost 23 pounds and went down one whole jean sizr this amazing i love it
