I am taking phentermine now for the 2nd time. I first took it when my oldest child was 2 1/2. I had tried all sorts of diets to get the baby weight off with no results before. My doctor recommended combining the drug with a low carb diet and I lost 50 pounds in about 2 months. I went from 190 to 140. I did not exercise at all, but was very strict about my diet. Despite 1 hour work-outs at the gym four days per week, and following weight watchers, in three months my weight did not change. One week on Phentermine, I lost 7 pounds. One month on Phentermine, I lost over 15. I will find a way to take Phentermine every day for the rest of my life. I will never be overweight again.
