SEE QUESTION: This medication has really helped curb my insatiable appetite. I am not sure how many lbs I have lost, but it does help stop the cravings. Aside from the dry mouth-has anyone else had this side effect? I take the phentermine at 7:30 every AM. Around 12:30-1:00 my face gets really flushed for about an hour or so. I have been on this medicine for 3 months and I have lost 30 lbs. I am taking the month of November off of it then back on it for another 3 months which I hope will be my last as I hope to be at my goal. But all and all I think it was a good chioce to go on this medication to get my weight going in the right direction.
