I've always exercised burning 600 calories a work out. I was in denial that I ate more than I burned. This pill helped me realize that. It was also easy to eat right because I didn't have a craving for any type of food. You do get major dry mouth in the begining. The only thing I had to be careful of was making myself eat because this medication blocked my appetite. And then after taking it for 6 months and losing about 40 pounds I gained about 30 back in 3 months.

Dosages: Started on capsules 30.5mg, increased to 37.5mg pills, then went to 2x 30.5mg capsules daily. Results: 20 pound weight loss in 2 months. Most Severe Side effects: irritability, dry mouth, insomnia, no appetite General: I knew phen was not a magic pill, just an appetite suppressant. That definitely worked. I had a baby and weighed 115 lbs at age 23 at the end of my pregnancy I weighed 165 lbs after take for only fifteen days my weight went down to 137 lbs
