    i am a 28 yr old female and have been on Adipex for 4 months and have lost 17 lbs so far. I started at 163 and finally down to 146. Now as far as side effects, I have the dry mouth, trouble sllepping some nights, and i to learned not to drink caffine while taking this med.     I have been taking adipex for 2 weeks now. I have lost about 6lbs so far. I have been very encouraged by the weight loss. I am very thirsty and have to make myself drink water instead of soda or sweet tea. Caffeine does not go well with this drug. Noone told me not to drink caffeine with this pill.     I am a 29 yr old female and have been on Adipex for 2 weeks and have lost 7.8 lbs so far. I am very excited about that. I started at 188 and finally down to 180.2. I found out a year and a half ago that my thyroid was low and I gained about 50-55 lbs. Now as far as side effects, I only have the dry mouth, which actually works in my favor.
