I used the roll on which is real easy, it help my shoulder, so i tried it on my neck, wrist and forearm and it burns real bad, i was able to wash it off my neck and it helped but for my arm and wrist it doesn't seem to help, they need to put on the label a way to get this stuff off fast and to neutralize it, still burning after 3 hours

My pops and I use the roll-on version ('no-mess') when we have muscle pains and the effect is like magic. The minor to moderate pain seems to vanish and it makes complete elimination of the major pain easy (makes it easier to crack the bones). Greatest advancement in analgesics in recent memory!

I recently used the icy hot roll-on on the back of my neck due to a stiff neck strain & this product had burned my skin leaving a ugly mark.
