Individuals experiencing pain need to know this is normal and to follow instructions carefully, but some can be allergic to it. I use it several times a week for heel pain. I use gloves to apply it and I immediately wash my hands with soapy water. I often run after applying it and I get sweaty or rained on so very wet. It feels warm at the point but feels good. Be careful using this product and I think you will like it.

I put this cream on my neck, because it was sore from football practice. It made my neck burn painfully and turn red. It has been almost an hour and it is still burning. Do not use this cream.
