This has given me a life again. After riding the roller coaster ride of pain-relief-pain-relief of oral hydrocodone in increasing doses for years, FINALLY pain is not in control of my life anymore. I wake up in the morning able to move and get dressed. I can do things throughout the day and only need oral pain meds for break through pain during flares. Having been on many other pain meds due to Psoriatic Arthritis, I was just most recently on Methadone which worked pretty well until I had EKG changes and GI issues. Now on 25mg every 3 days and it's not helping much. I found that it doesn't like to stick real well so according to the instructions I now use a Tagaderm see through bandage on it. AN ANESTHESOLOGIST INSISTED ON GIVING ME FENTYL EVEN THOUGH I HAD TOLD HIM I PREVIOUSLY HAD HAD SEVERE HALLUCINATIONS WHEN TAKING THE DRUG. AGAIN, I SUFFERED HALLUCINATIONS FOR 3 NIGHTS AND WOULD NEVER TAKE THIS DRUG AGAIN WILLINGLY.
