Prescribed for acne, concurrent with Retin-A. So far so good, but noticed one BIG problem: Whenever I work out, I experience dizziness and nausea. I never have had trouble with this before, and I understand that it is a blood pressure medication as well, but no one warned me that I would have to reduce my activity levels! I've been taking 100 mgs a day for at least 7 yrs for PCOS. I'm still having problems with acne and my dermatologist said it could be doubled but my Dr who prescribes it doesn't want to increase it. I've never noticed any side effects at 100 mgs per day. Any one take more than 100mgs a day for treatment of ance?
