Graduated to this after 3 years of Vicodin for chronic lower back pain, hip bursitis, foot pain after surgery destroyed the fatty pad in the bottom of my foot, and neuropathic pain from shingles outbreak over the siatic nerve. Works well in conjunction with avoidance of irratants ie. walking, standing, sitting. Takes awhile to be effective.
