I have been using this product for a few months and find that it works very well. I have hydrocondrosis and this has been the only thing that has work for me. As another reader said the applicator does not work very well but I solved the problem by putting it in a spray bottle. The only side effect I have had is a minor tingling after use. I would highly recommend this product.

i am 20 years old. i have sweat for many years. i have used hypercare for many years to try to control my sweating. first of all it hurts, it is terribly painful, it is on the cusp of unbearable. the next day, which is almost everyday, i can barely move my arms. but, it does help, but just a little, and some days i will still sweat right through it. i didn't know i wasn't supposed to wear another ...

I have used Hypercare for 4 years after suffering years of drenching under arm sweat, even during the coldest months (Ohio). The results were life changing to me. The best part, after initial, frequent applications, I only have to apply the product several times per year now. One recommendation. DO NOT apply immediately after trimming (and certainly not after shaving). Waiting several days will avoid irritation.

I just started a new job at PB. I work in the dinning room with changing coffee and carrying heavy loads of dishes. My first 2 days I would come home and have really sweaty armpits. I knew I had it at work and it was really embarrassing. So I kept my arms down the entire time. I knew my family had Hypercare somewhere in our house because my sister used it before. However, she used it and she got an allergic reaction to it. Her underarms got bright red, they stung, they started to peel, and she said it hurt really bad. It was only her first and her last time she used Hypercare. She had to keep her arms up for a week because they hurt so bad. So I took precautions on my first use. I only did a couple dabs on ONE of my armpits and it was fine so I added more the next day and I did get some itchiness and burning nothing too bad. I only used it for two days and the next day at work I barley sweated! I was so much more confident and happy! Hypercare works for me but not my sister. I gave it 2 satisfaction because my sister was in a lot of pain for a week because of Hypercare. Just only do a little bit if u are trying the product for the first time it's different for everyone. Hypercare did work for me however!Read More Read Less

I have to say that this medication was a savings grace. I started having excessive sweating while I was in middle school, and it would be so bad to where I had pit stains the size of small basketballs under my arms. I literally carried a shower in my backpack equipped with an extra T-shirt, deodorant, a wash clothes, and liquid soap so that every time I had one of my 'episodes' i could run to the bathroom and change. It was so uncomfortable. The worst part is when the wetness turns into a pungent smell of B.O. and everyone strts looking around and checking themselves to see if they are the ones smelling O_O The fear of someone smelling me made me 2x as nervous and caused me to sweat MORE! I felt so helpless, and my confidences lever shrunk down to about the size of a dime. After using this product the first day, I still sweat, but after the second day, my pits were as dry as a power house! Read More Read Less

I can't deny that the stuff does what it says it does, and applying it is as easy as can be. Unfortunately after two days I had such bad burns on the skin of my armpits that I had to spend the next week using no antiperspirant at all and applying aloe vera gel to the burns. The stuff went right into the garbage.

My Grandson uses this medication overall the medication works. But I notice a bad brusing on the upper arm that he can't explain. I was wondering if this could be a side effect from the medication.

I'm 28 and don't really have much of a sweating issue, more of a smelling issue. I smell after just a drop of moisture which is incredibly embarrassing. I've used this for a week and absolutely love it. MAKE SURE YOU USE IT CORRECTLY though, washing it off in the AM is crucial. I went from applying deodorant 5+ times a day to not even once! I used it three nights in a row and now going to every third night and still no sweat or smell at all. I do have some irritation so I've been using Cortisone-10 Plus Healing Moisturizers a few times a day. But it is still TOTALLY, TOTALLY worth it. Read More Read Less

This is just my 1st day, but I will do a follow up later. I am 22 and have sweating issues. Never really considered it a condition. I always figured that you had to have sweaty hands and feet to really have an issue. I just have underarm sweat which I thought was normal. Recently it has gotten pretty bad. Can't make it through a day of work in a retail environment without having a 6inch diameter sweat spot. Even if I wear black it still seems noticeable. And if it isn't noticeable, the odor will definitely set in after a few hours. I resorted to wearing loose dress shirts instead of form fitting shirts, further lowering my confidence. What really motivated me to seek help was when I recently had a series of interviews for an internship. The combo of nervs and excessive sweating is not a pretty sight. Thank goodness I had my jacket on the whole time, but I literally bought a cheap shirt for each interview because I knew it would be ruined after. My Dr prescribed Drysol, but I guess because of my insurance or the pharmacy, I got the Hypercare which must be the generic form. Paid my 5 bucks and could not wait to try it out. I noticed a little tingling/itching but it was very tolerable. I don't know if this is due to pain tolerance or skin sensitivity, but my Dr did advice me to use a very tiny amount. It is very tempting to lay it on there, and since it is alcohol based it kind of evaporates on skin contact making it hard to determine how much you put on. My Dr also said I could use a very mild women's moisturizing deodorant that does not have a high aluminum percentage to help with any irritation. Nearly 24 hours later I have been pretty dry. I did have a little sweat, probably how a normal individual would sweat, but NOTHING like how much I usually sweat. Can't wait to see how I will be after a couple of applications. I have been using this medication for about 2 years. For the first year or so, it worked perfectly for me. Sure, I did occasionally face the side affects(itching, burning), but it was a lot better than sweating. Now, after 1 year, the medication hasn't been as effective; I always have to suffer through the side affects, and I also can never wear a shirt without having to throw it into the wash after a few hours. It has been especially frustrating since I go to school for six hours; at school, I feel extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend this medication. Although, if you sweat pratically everyday (even during the winter), then this may not be the most effective medication for you. Read More Read Less

I tried HyperCare for the first time 3 nights ago and my armpits are still killing me. At times, the pain has been borderline unbearable. It feels like someone mixed severe sunburn with chapped lips and stuck it under my armpits... all while someone else is stabbing me in the same place. It has seriously been miserable. I've had to walk around looking like a zombie robot because I can't even move my arms. I'm going to try it one more time once the irritation dies down. If I have the same result, I'm throwing a brick through my doctor's window. Read More Read Less

The first week it worked great by the third week - back to smelling terrible. It does reduce the sweat but not to the point that the body odor goes away. And I am using per the instructions.

Im 21 years old and a very active guy. Ive been sweating excessively since 7th grade and always wore hoodies, white shirts, black shirts, or cutoffs to hide the sweat marks. I worked as a waiter and was embarrassed to life my arms to grab a plate. Once I got my hands on this stuff my life changed. Put it on at night, in the morning I was sweat free. Awesome stuff. Im now going into 9th grade, ive had to deal with sweating since 5th, i would only wear white or black t-shirts no matter how cold or hot it was. I was embarrsed ( sorry for spelling) Then My Doctor prescibed me Hypercare. I put it on every night. Because if i stop it will just start again. It makes my armpits really itchy and painful, but you get used to it. Please Don't hesitate becasue of that factor this is life changing. (:

I would sweat through a shirt, suit, or coat. At one point I considered straping pads under my arms. I went through this for 20 years. I found a website covering excessive sweating and this was a product that was listed. I had to educate my doctor on it. I have found that your typical family doctor or PA might not be as educated on this as you would think. Anyway, I used it and it did burn until i found the dose that was right for me. I have been sweat free for over three years now. I would highly reccomend this product.Read More Read Less

I've had an awful experience with underarm sweating. It all strated in the 4th grade. Ever since then, my sweat got to the point of passing through my shirts going all the way down to my belt and across the chest. I had to wear sweaters all year round. Not to mention the feeling you get knowing it's there and you have to hide it because the ublic will laugh at you. My doctor prescribed this product and I would recommened it to anyone. I did notice the awful burning and itching. Once that happens, you should skip a day or two. Recently, I started using the product again because my sweating went from basically eliminated to horrily excessive again. It doesn't seem to be as effective. I suppose because it's been a while and it has expired. But to sum everything up, this should work wonders on your excessive sweating... just be prepared for the horrible burning/itching/scarring/etc. on the underarms.Read More Read Less
