I have been taking this medication for eight months now and my liver function has improved and my liver enzymes are normal now instead of elevated. I am very satisfied.

Comment:
This medication does not agree with my stomach and it makes me nauseous. It also takes away my appetite and I seem to be very sad and cry for no reason a lot of the time. I do have to say it has helped my liver function according to the Dr.

I have had PBC for 20 yrs and it has saved my life-it has helped to decrease my liver enzymes a lot!! Have been on it since it first came out -?mid 90s. My mother who also has this did not do as well as I but was never given this drug as she had a transplant about the time it was discovered. Expensive but worth every penny!!
