I take 2 pills at night - and since I have taken this med it has helped my diarrhea - which I have had since I have serious stomach issues and three surgeries bit after this past surgery I have had non stop diarrhea since going on Lomtil 6 months ago.

I have been using Lomotil since 1997, with no problems. I would like to know the chemical compostion of Lomotil since it works so well.
