I have had some panic/anxiety after about a month of taking it. I was put on 10mg of lexapro seems to be doing the trick -- other than that -- no problems

I believe this drug is responsible for a rare blood disorder I have now, Thrombocytepenia thrombosis. Beware of this drug. TTP is so rare that don't really know what causes it but patients with Lupus are among the people that get it. I have concluded it is because of the plaquenil but because of the rarity it is hard to prove. Still working on that. I suggest that you discuss another med with ... Show Full Comment

Considering POSSIBILITY of bone marrow failure due to drug that I am going to investigate further with my doctors after reading over additional rare side effect listing.... No proof so this is NOT being reported just considered. History complicated and too long too include however I WILL UPDATE MY COMMENTS when and IF any conclusion reached. did clear up skin rash, and spots 99%. started staying in bed all day - unmotivated. vision changed; far and close vision wasn't good.

Comment:
Taking three months now for SLE and RA. Have SLE, MS, RA, OA, Spinal Stenosis, MVP, Graves Dx, Fibromyalgia, more. Find Rx working even after several months. Pain is no longer 10+ daily 24/7. Had a few days with a few good hours of maybe 6 on pain scale. Hope to increase dosage for more help then level out. Doc told me about eye issues, I have Thyroid Eye Dx, and AMD
