caused extreme weakening of leg muscles within 3 weeks of starteing the pill.

Started on this drug two weeks ago. After four days I started having insomnia and nervousness.The next day I ached all over and started having diarrhea, stomach cramping and indigestion, no appetite, everything tasted to sweet or to salty. Started taking this med Oct08 & it worked great at lowering my LDL/TriG levels. But in Jan09 I suddenly developed a severe migraine headache that lasted 10 WEEKS non-stop! Nothing would relieve the pain but the strongest migraine meds and they would only work for a few hours. I nornmally have been taking Avalide for high blood pressure for about six years, and I changed physiciabns so that she gave me new blood panels for my cholesteral, which has always been below 160. My cholesteral was the only thing that was high, at 240.
