Taking Crestor has made my life a nightmare of pain, fatigue, confusion and memory problems. Then there's the fatigue. I get a good night's sleep but I can't get through the day without taking a long nap. This is bad if you work. Memory loss isn't too severe yet but I forgot a friend's name just the other day. I remembered it after a few minutes but still. I'm taking Crestor as test. I tried it several months ago and the same things happened but went away when I stopped taking it. This time was just to confirm that all these nasty side-effects came from the Crestor. I'm very glad that my doctor has stopped it for good.

started taking CRESTOR WORKED VERY WELL FOR A WHILE THEN STARTED FEELING VERY FATIGUED,MUSCLE ACHES,KNEES AND LEGS STARTED ACHING,HAD TROUBLE GOING UPSTEPS AND WALKING,WOULD FEEL LIKE i WAS GOING TO PASS OUT STOPPED TAKING MEDICATION, IT TOOK ABOUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE I STARTED FEELING NORMAL.WHAT A PRICE TO PAY TO BRING CHOLESTROL UNDER CONTROL

I have just realized that this drug has caused serious thinning of my hair. I thought back to when the thinning began and the only thing I could think of was that it was about the same time I changed from Lipitor to Crestor. I only changed because my insurance listed Lipitor as the most expensive drug. Now Lipitor is generic. Another thing that has changed is that my blood sugar went up to 133 ... Show Full Comment

Last night, I woke in the middle of the night with a sensation that seemed almost other worldly and nearly sent me to the emergency room. From everything I've read here, it has confirmed my decision to stop taking this drug immediately.
