I have just started on the medication and it initially had no affect (10 mg) I of course being a man increased to 20 mg (self medicating) and provided some ability to obtain an erection. It did not last for long. So as with anything I tried 30 mg and was the magic number. I was able to get an erection and maintain it through out our love making.

May be taken at any time, also after eating (unlike Viagra/Sildenafil). Provides soft effect for erections, while Viagra's effect seems unnatural. Effect is of shorter duration than with Cialis (Tadalafil), but with Cialis I typically get a headache after half a day.

I've tried a few of these pills with success. Although I have found that I require the whole pill as opposed to cutting it in half.

I wish I could afford the daily pill or THEY would make an affordable pill like cialis. I hate trying to PLAN my sex or try to outsmart the wife. I waste a few each year that way

I have numerous issues that cause my ED, they range from vertebrae damage from the L-3 thru S-1, T-11 thru L-1 and C-2 thru C-7, I also have High Blood Pressure along with position related nerve blockage. So as you can imagine obtaining an erection and then maintaining an erection can be quite the challenge. I have tried many different medications and finally found that a combination of Vardenafil and a Vacuum Erection Pump has allowed me to regain a part of my marriage that I thought was gone forever, so my personal experience was positive, but it took some trail and error with different doses and medications. I wanted to add that after 15 years of having to take different medications for pain, ED and other medical difficulties, that every person contains a different chemical makeup, just like each person has their own DNA. Therefore, it is very important that each person works closely with their Doctor and/or Care-Provider to make sure that each medication they are being prescribed is performing its intended purpose and that any side-effects are out weighted by the desired effect that medication is taken to produce. I know to many people that just take whatever the Doctor prescribes without providing feedback or keeping a notebook to make sure that what they are taking is working as expected and if not, finding out why by tracking different doses and types of medications. Vardenefil has been safe & effectve. Side effects of headache, delayed backache, eyes sensitive to light are less pronounced than Viagra

If I was to use swear words, this pill of 20mg, it would be appropriate. It is absolutely WORTHLESS!! Doctor then says, "Take it on an empty stomach, so, I did. NOTHING!!! People, don't waste your money or the money of your insurance company to purchase this worthless medication. I gave the, "Ease of Use" a 2 star because it deserves no more! Put out by Bayer?! WHEN I FIRST STARTED TAKING VARDENAFIL, I TOOK 1/2 TABLET == 10MG. i took this stuff and like my dr said, take it a half hour before you do your thang, also split the pill in half, it works for me.

do not have at any time I take this Pill a Erection.My prescription is 20mg, is there a higher dosage available?

Va used to give me 6 pills as a time at 20mg, I was supposed to split them in half which gave me 12 doses for each 3 mo. period. I asked for single 20 mg. doses and received a new RX of 12 doses at 20 mg. I believe 20 mg. is the highest mg. per pill made? Viagra is much more effective for me but VA goes with the best priced pill they can get which leaves us veterans with only vardenafil (levitra) to choose from (when VA began distributing ED RX it was viagra). A higher dosage of vardenafil does help in my case. Anyone know where to buy a good generic? I use this RX due to taking an anti-depressant. Read More Read Less
