once it takes afect it works well and is very pleasing

this medication has worked for me. i take 10mg.does it come any stronger.i really like it, i just got a refill, they only give me 6 at a time, wish i could get more then 6.i`ll have to ask my doctor about this.

My only question is "what is the difference in dosage,e.g.5mg,10mg,20mg in the Cialis brand?In other words which is the stronger?I have used the 5mg and the 20mg and seen no difference.

The pill works very well for me an I am 55 yrs old. Some say it does not work for them. I would say that your spouse has a lot to do with it. It helps to be excited about having sex,so relax and have some fun.

I am taking 20mg of this product but it does not seem to work. If I take 1 Viagra at 100 mg it works. Can I take more then 20 mg or one pill?

I took the medication 45 minutes before attempting intercourse and I did acheive an erection, however, it only lasted about a minute!!! My dosage is 20MG.

This product does the job. I can not tell the difference between this product and Viagra. Not sure how long this works and how often you should use it?

The drug does its job. It allows one to get the job done with a sence of satisifaction.

i follow directions and i take one half pill 30 to 60 min before intercourse and i have an erection, works good for me.

Pros: Worked very well. Two hours after ingestion, after a 3 hour nap, again in the morning. Haven't done that since I was 30. Cons: Stayed semi concious all night, not very restfull. Ringing in my ears even 10 hours after ingestion. Nutral: Works best taken 2-3 hours prior to use. Only minor headache and stuffy nose compared to little blue pill.

I have used this drug for a couple of years and continue to be pleased with the results (as is my wife). I am now 50 years old and am able to "perform" like a man half my age.

We have found that my husband can go a couple of days or so before needing another dose. This makes it easier to be spontainious. I don't like being rushed. Once in a while we use the other shorter duration pill and notice that the erection is harder than with this medication. But we enjoy the outcome better with this pill.
