The number one cough medicine for me and my kids. For my daughter it works within 20 mintues and makes her a little drowsy. For my son it works even faster as he weighs less but makes him restless. Be careful using this medicine because I was told it does have the active ingedient for Lortab in it. I still recommend it though if other cough medicines do not work for you. Also, I recommend drinking the full glass of water they tell you to drink with it and maybe some type of light food if you have a senitive stomach. Read More Read Less
