Started on flomax but didn't like side effects. Take 5mg Cialis in the morning and Alfuzosin after evening meal. Works great for BPH and minor ED. No side effects so far. No dizziness. Much better urine flow and erections. Also changed to a low oxalate diet and am drinking more fluids because I also had problem with bladder stones. So far so good.

I have been on this for one week and have the side effects of steady light cramps and very loose stools. The cramps are too much to deal with on a daily basis.

I changed to this drug because of retro- ejaculation with Flomax. However,I'm finding it to be a lot less effective.I'm considering the "ream" job but that too,I'm told, causes retro-ejaculation.

I've used this med for 18 months. Perhaps it's time to increase dosage, because I've notices decrease in effectiveness lately. Could be due to conflict with other meds used to treat a multitude of injuries and health issues Im now dealing with.

This drug like Flowmax affects my ability to have an orgasm. This problem in turn appears to cause prostititis due to congestion.
