urination is good but the rash and hives are a real bad problem.other than the little things sweet

The drug works fairly well BUT I've gotten a head cold & the Dr. says to NOT use cold pills. They cancel each other out. So not only do I have problems urinating, I still have the sniffles.

I was on Terozosin for years for BPH but started to have real bad side effects like rapid heart rate and etc. Went on this drug and not only did it fix my symptoms almost totally, I aahve not had too bad side effects as of yet using it for about 1 week now. This drug will reduce my need for surgery on the short term for sure.

I could not ejaculate while on this drug. The hell with this.

All I am trying to do is see if I can take this medican with my Dilantin ?

Urologist prescribed Uroxatral for descreased urinary flow extending over a long period of time. Within one day of taking Uroxatral, I am asymptomatic. My urine flow has greatly increased. I also noticed that Uroxatral has produced better erections; that the flacid penis is more full, and; the testes hang lower.

My bladder presses on my prostate urging me to go. Flomax was limiting my semen discharge. So my doctor put me on uroxatral. I have found that with Uroxatral I get up two or three times a night. With Flomax I would get up once or twice a night. If I want a sexual encounter I stop using the Flomax. I am going back to using the Flomas. The results are better for me.

Had to stop taking it. Seems my eyes got blurry and dry. Eye doctor said it probably was the medication.

I was using Flomax. I was able to achieve a good erection and engage in sexual intercourse, but Flomax prevented me from ejaculating when I climaxed. My doctor switched me to Uroxatral. After using Uroxatral for a month, I was able to ejaculate again. After using Uroxatral for another month, I was NOT able to achieve an erection sufficient to penetrate. I need to see my doctor again.

Although one tab is recommended, in my case it didn't perform well. My doctor upped the dosage to two tabs daily. One Am and one Pm. Both times with food. It has dramatically improved my condition. It has almost completely eliminated my nightly visits to the bathroom. I no longer get unforefilled urges to urinate. Much stronger stream when urinating.

This medication exacerbated my condition! It acted like a diuretic!

night time control is good day time is still a problem

This medication started to work effectively within 24 hours after taking it.I have not suffered any side effects as of yet.I am also not getting up in the middle of the night as oppose to a couple of days ago.

The drug had little or no effect on my problem, but I seemed to have a sinus problem every time Itook it.

Have used this drug on and off for a year. After just the first use, I urinate much more freely and do empty my bladder more fully, but the burning sensation of needing to urinate is worse. If I use the drug longer, I'm hoping this sympton will lessen. I have tried Flomax and cannot see any difference.

I have only taken this for 10 days but so far it has had no effect. There have been no side effects and no improvement.
