Apart from mild headache, Cialis 100mg is working great for me. I have used it now for 6 months with consistent results. It is very costly to buy in Walgreens so I have started using online pharmacy (www.atzrx.net) where they sell Generic Cialis for 10% of the cost. Same results so far. They even have a Free trial pack.

Love this stuff. Have taken it for about 4 years. Super effective. Some tolerable side effects in the beginning, but passed with the months, except facial flushing. For that my dermatologist prescribed Mirvaso and it works well. Hint: alcohol is a major erection deflator, the day of sex especially, but even the night before. So moderate it and you'll need less Cialis. 20mg made my heart beat t ... Show Full Comment

First time use. Got a firm and full erection upon foreplay and lasted for a prolonged period and resulted in a satisfactory intercourse. Its effect really lasted for more than 36 hours as what was told. Amazing. No observable side effect except for some indigestion.

The first four or five days I noticed ability to get a firm E, and as time went on this has decreased. A semi firm E was all I got after two months on the pills. I won't continue as it is a bit pricey for me but if It worked I would. Must say it gave me more feeling down there and I had a lot more interest in sex so when they say it doesn't do that well it did that for me.
