My oncologist prescribed these vitamins post-chemotherapy, to help boost my low-functioning immune system. I have no idea if it is working, but I do not object to taking anything that helps my recovery.

I have an mthfr mutation and my fertility specialist prescribed this to me to help with recurrent pregnancy loss. It has also aided me in eating healthy and losing the last few pounds that stuck around. It's amazing what the right form of vitamins can do for your body.
