I had chronic diarhia for 20 years. As if my food was running right through me..Flora fixed it. I now take on pill every other day, have been taking it for two years, lost all of the bloat in my midsection and can not live in fear of not making it to the restroom.

After almost 20 years of chronic diarrhea that I thought was "just me" and many embarrassing and panicky moments this little capsule has changed my life. On it now - one pill a day for almost 2 years with no flare ups and no panicky moments. Also lost water weight and bloat in my middle. Clothes actually fit - how wonderful is that!

I have had much relief of painful constipation. My doctor says I can take it every day. some time I take two if I begin to have a problem. I get better results when I drink lots of water. I have a dairy alergy. It is hard for me to avoid every item of processed foods with diary. This med is a big help when I am on vacation or out and about and I can not always control my diet. I went for many years leting another doctor treat my health problem. I was taking three perscriptions. Now I do not take them.
