This has helped my knee pain but having severe diarrhea & stomach pain the 3 weeks of getting injections

I just received my first injection in both knees about 2 hours ago. The injection to my left knee went very well with a mild amount of discomfort. My doctor sprayed the area prior to injection and all I felt was a slight pressure as the medication was being administered. I feel for all the reviewers that have had a bad experience. My suggestion is find another doctor. The Ortho doc should use a guided method to do the injection - mine used ultrasound - this insures that the orthovisc gets to the right spot and doesn't meander elsewhere (causing apparently horrific pain in all sorts of places). I am in my 3rd series of knee injections. The first two were with Hyalgan/Supartz. This one is with Orthovisc. I understand the difference is only with the Insurance Companies. That doesn't sound good, but I will check it out further. So far, so good after the third shot. No pain during and just <3 at night or on long trips.
