The only things I found was after the 1 week treatment I was getting very tired and my eating was less then my normal eating habits. A few days after the treatment finished I was having fevers so I had to stay in the hospital for 9 days which wasnt so terrible other then getting constant blood transfusions and bloodwork being done and just plain being stung with needles like a pin cushion.

My mom had to take it for Erdheim Chester Disease (form of histiocytosis). It helped shrink some of the lesions in her brain, but never really affected her disease process positively, or helped her regain any normalcy of life.

Not an easy medication to take. It takes a little too long to take effect but finally kicks in. Doesnâ??t last as long as I would like. But it does work well while working. But then goes away too fast. Symptoms come back too soon but hard for me to tell if they are the same or milder then before.

I had 55% leukemia in the marrow and after the seven day drip the biopsy showed zero leukemia cells. No hairloss or other side effects. Feel great again.
